Project Details

Client : My Darling Fury

Location : Richmond, VA, United States

Target :  24 - 36 / yr Millennial Indy Pop Fans

Brief: My Darling Fury wanted the album art for their next big release, Aches Over Kisses, or, AOK, along with a few other content designs that could be used for the release in social media, their website, and online music platforms. They had received feedback from their last album, that the artwork made no sense with the style of music that they were playing. their music is described as having an " affinity for complex rhythmic structures, operatic-sized dramatics, and chamber music intimacy", and their performance was noted as having a "bruised elegance, razor-sharp wit, and quirky theatricality".  

Opportunity: MDF was a unique mashup of talent. The band was searching for its identity and needed some help defining who they were through their music and approach to live performance. 

Problem:  How can we synthesize all of the bands unique aspects into one concept that captures their core essence? 

Solution: Crystal Quartz, Mudras, & Supernatural Indy Pop.
